Advantages:
advantages of being employed by a boundary-less organization are several. One is that they employ a less rigid structure and therefore are what some would refer to as more "laid-back". There is less bureaucracy and the company focuses on adaptive to change and innovation, according to Dana Griffin, who wrote the article, The Structure of a Boundaryless Organizationin 2010. It is a great environment foremployees who enjoy working with others, and find it exciting when everything is in motion and lively. It is also great for those who do not mind communicating online and through other virtual means.
Disadvantages:
Thedisadvantages to being employed by a boundary-less organization are that if you are an employee who is not a team player, and would rather work alone, away from chaos, you may not thrive. It can be too much to handle for some. For employees preferring the face to face interaction when it comes to meeting, the virtual communication of the boundary-less organization may seem impersonal and cold.
