Explain how team culture is important for developing CSR policies for a company (e.g. Wikihow)
I need around 400 words thank you!
Culture is social it is not the individual phenomena. It is the product of society and originates and grows through social interaction. Something is differentiable to US through comparison so for distinguishes culture we have to compare it with some other then we will know about all aspects of that culture therefore the culture must be social and without it there is no concept of culture.
Culture has great importance.culture is the identity of the nation, without culture the society is impossible. Culture is the set of transmitted and learned behaviour patterns belief institutions and all other products of human work and prove that characterized the functioning of particular population, profession, organisation or community. So the only e representative of the particular community or population is the culture. Culture is the basic root of any community which gives them the ways of life. The culture provides solution to the the critical problems that is faced to community. Culture teach us to think for the whole nation not individually it provide the concept of family nation etc.
there are companies who make a feud donations here and there and go through the motions of being socially responsible but for CSR han to really take root in a company it has to be championed by leadership. The factors driving companies to pursue a CSR agenda are fairly consistent across the corporate world.however once a company makes the decision to adopt CSR oriented activities a plan must be implemented to carry out the agreed CSR program.
CSR programs continue to evolve and extend their reach it may well become the case that companies find themselves under added pressure to have their CSR initiatives deliver a strong financial result.if this is indeed true many would question whether this financially oriented approach is not somewhat at earth with what the core ends of a CSR program are supposed to be. At present the corporation of CSR programs by businesses on a fundamental level appears as prevalent as ever.
