Solutions

Expert Solution

If asked in an interview, one word that describes me best is MANAGEMENT, that is management skills.

Management skills comprise  of various functions beginning from planning and ending to monitoring and taking corrective actions. The biggest challenge in managing the task or group of personnel is to align the activities and their results. Keeping the track of developments and record of every single person, decentralising powers is an essential part of management.

Making right plans, using proper resources and people in execution and monitoring the tasks, to verify whether the plans are executed as planned and taking corrective actions if any Deviation is observed. Also, managing people is the most challenging task due to human nature. Personnel may be of the view that some decisions are forcibly imposed as they may disagree on many matters.

Considering the above points, it is concluded that Management is important in effective leadership.
