my feeling for a emergency situation, panic, anxiety, denial, sadness, and inappropriate emotional response

In that situation I was standing near the parking area,I suddenly run awy from the buidings and stand in a safe place.

I tried to help one old age man he was tend to fall and I helped him to stand near a tree,

Suddenly after the quake the police men came for help and corporation staffs were also came there and offered help and given valuued advices for cop up that situation.

For preventing the damage from the disaster like this,

We should build strong buildinngs that withstand the erth quake

Erth quake alert system

Emergencyy responce teame

Health education for the people for how to behave and survive during the emergency conditions

plz give a thums up
