After completing my nursing degree I want to join a clinical setting where I can practice nursing. I want to become a nurse practitioner in a reputated healthcare organization.

My college have the mission statement that aims to build nursing graduates that are professiinally skilled. My college also aims to instill ethical principles in their students and facilitate critical thinking and decision making skills.

The three professional goals that I have set and aim to achieve are :

1. Get myself enrolled for higher education degree such as masters in nursing.

2. I also want to attend different workshops that will help me gain knowledge and skills apart from nursing course such as accupuncture.

3. I eventually want to become a nurse manager.

The three personal goals I want to achieve are:

1. Develop critical thinking and improve my decision making skills that will help me in properly assessing the patient and create a treatment plan based on nursing diagnosis.

2. I will also work on developing leadership qualities that will help me achieve my goal of becoming a nurse manage.

3. I would also like to improve my communication skills. I would like to facilitate a clear and effective communication.
