Generally feedback is refered as a process of reaction by the user of the product or service a particular company is producing . This is an important part of communication and last part of communication .

Different ways to collect feedback :

1. Customer interviews - By contacting the existing customers and collecting the information regarding their experiences and expectations of the products.

2.On-sight activity - This is done at toe place of sale or in a public market , we will collect the info from the general public as a whole .

3. Comment boxes in the stores .

4 . Freebies - This is a new trend where we will select some experts and give them our products to use at free of cost and then take feedback from them and get suggestions .

5 . Social media - These days usage of social media is been very popular and creating a platform to business too .

We can also get feedback from different social media sites .

Eg: Instagram , Facebook , Google + etcc..

6. Surveys - There are different types of surveys where we can get feedback .
