Explain public health practitioners' use of the capacity building to support community health and development.
Answer :-
Public health practitioners roles is to influence and identify those factors to promote the health of population an also contribute to reduce health inequality, and able to influence teams and valuing to develop and support community in aspect of health.
There are two main element s to planning and negotiating entry into a community which would run parallel with each other :-.
1). Building an intial image of the community
A community draws attention on the following information:-
@ The demographic and social mixing of people taking account into factors such as age, class, gender, ethnicity,etc.
@ The housing available to them in areas
@ Access jobs , training income in, and accessible form ,area public services and facilities , school, college, health centre in the areas.
2). Getting knowledge about community about both formally and informally.:-
A). Health status of community.
B). Needs to be healthier
C). Need to stay healthier
D). Accomplish best goal to development and support of community.
Public health practitioners work on primary health care facilities:-
1). Home based care strategy for integral maternal.
2). Public health practitioners aims to be reduce morbidity and mortality among maternal and newborn.
3). Aim to reduce malnutrition in community .
5). Public health practitioners covers the immunization schedule in community .
6). Educate people about proper sanitation .
Dilemmas in community development:-
Working with forceful group of community Leaders.
Trying to mobilise local residents who feel thier views have been ignored.
Identify and respond to what you see as along standing problem.
