Compare and contrast value creation and value delivery. How does each play an important role?

Adding value to the experience of customers or shareholders through the products and services being provided by a company is called value creation. Delivering best value in the products and services so that the customers will have a good experience with them is called vale delivery .Value creation must be involved in value delivery process because with being created value cannot be delivered. Value creation is very important to improve the performance of the firm or the product so that the customers and shareholders gets benefited by it and value delivery is also important to ensure that value created will reach the customers.
