1 Though we have a wide wide array of collections of data regarding health care system ,but the nursing data remains absent apart from others.Nursing Minimal data sets (NMDS) is useful in making delivered nursing care more public .Data sets are based on which are most commonly used by nurses on a daily basis.Telenurse project and International development of the resident Assessment instrument (RAI )are two projects of data sets.

Telenurse project

• It mainly focus development of nursing vocabulary and classifications.
• clinical systems to record data.
• Information system to collect and aggregate data.
• Systems to analyze data.,produce information and provide feedback about nursing care for decision making on different levels.

RAI

• It contains data set about nursing care and clients in nursing homes.
