Project integration: Project integration is the process of integrating/collecting all the key aspect/elements of the project and try to form into single direction so that all elements works in the single direction and a collective approach is seen for meeting or exceeding the project needs and stakeholder requirements. This will help the project to form a single unit and work in a structured form to achieve the desire goal for the project.  

It impact the overall project by helping the project elements to combine together and directing in single direction so that the project energy and resources can be optimized and utilized for the benefits of the project. The project integration approach is the preferred approach for improving the project execution and project management. It helps in getting the desired outcome form the project.

Project governance is the framework that is surrounding the project for ensuring the effective projects execution and implementation. The project governance will won the responsibility and accountability for the project management in the business. Project governance is the kind of governing actions and framework that ensures the project are well supported and provide the right kind of environment for successful execution of the projects.

The role of the project manager to play is that project manager need to develop the right kind of system and processes that facilitates the project execution. The project manager can highlight the key issues of the project management at the business and can seek the help and support from the project governance team so that they can support for the issues raised by the project manager and help in improving the project framework. The project manager can work closely with project governance team and can organize all the key initiatives that will help in improving the project management at the business.

The role do the stakeholders and the project team members play as well is that stakeholder can raise their issues and concern for the project management and accordingly the project processes and framework can be made improved. This improved project scenario will be meeting the stakeholder requirements. The project team can also show their issues and raise their concerns for working them effectively in the project. Thus this will help in improving the project management and its key processes.
