The studies had found that sleeplessness can affect your entire life system. Firstly It will slow down your thought process , lower alertness and concentration, so it's more difficult to focus and pay attention.secondly,it impairs memory.Different phases of sleep play different roles in consolidating new information into memories.If your sleep is cut, it interferes with these cycles.Thirdly poor sleep makes learning difficult.Because you can't focus as well,it's more difficult to pick up information.finaly lack of sleep can alter your mood significantly.It causes irritability and anger and may lessen your ability to cope with stress.The persons who are not willing to have adequate sleep can be called nonsomanics.Such people will be suffering due to seviour problems that have mentioned above.Even if they are not ready to take proper sleep because they are not bothered about how it affect their entire life.Those who behave contradict to normal sleeping pattern should be given proper care attention and treatment
