My organization Starbucks produce different flavors of coffees and teas for customers. Some of the name of starbucks beverages are Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato,Mocha Frappuccino.,Caffè Latte,Matcha Green Tea Latte,Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino etc.

for my company, The souce of greatest uncertainty is Input. Input means the raw materials which are used to manufacture the finished products. Starbucks uses coffee beans, sugar, milk, cream to make coffee. For inputs, supplier and environmental factors cause uncertainty. If there are few suppliers for milk and sugar then it can cause uncertainty because lack of suppliers means any situation can cause delay in supplies. Environmental factors like poor weather conditions, natural disasters like earthquake, hurricane destroys the coffee plants so farmers has no coffee supplies for starbucks or even if there is then it would be at high price.

Material technology plays very important role in the production of the starbucks goods and services because material technology is an area where different forms of materials are used in production process so that those materials can be put nto the specifica shapes and forms needed for specific applications.

for example- Starbucks needed cups for selling its coffee to customers at its stores. Starbucks uses fiber-based solution and an aqueous-coating material to keeps the liquid inside so that coffee remain inside the cup as well as cup can be recycled. It helps in giving better service because customers can order any size of coffee due to materials used can be mold and created cups in different forms and shape.
