On the other hand, Country B promoted collective immunity as a national issue without any measures such as sending tests and sending masks, but many deaths have not been achieved yet.

Analyze how the social surplus in countries A and B depends on the response method.

The Covid 19 infection (SARS corona virus 2) spreads mainly through aerosols .By touching mouth ,nose, eyes and face will increase the chance of infection.

Now consider country A: have taken almost all the measures to control the spread of covid19 infection. It included usage of mask, contact tracing and quarantine measures and community health education through writing. With all these measures the country can control the infection spread. They have taken all the possible measures.

Now consider country B: they have not taken the measures that were taken by country A. This indicates the lack of education in the people, lack of awareness regarding infection. Defect is there with the government authority also.

But the death rates are not achieved. Since the covid 19 infection have very low mortality rate. But old age population and patients with comorbidities like diabetes, coronary heart disease, hypertension, any other immunocompromised states will increase the death rates. But here, in both countries the death rate were minimum. The reason is country A has taken all the possible measures to control the spread of the infection. But in case of country B ,the young population may be the majority, or they may acquired herd immunity.
