The public health system use the combined public services and interventions for the protection of the whole populations from the illness, disease as well as injury.

1. As per the role is concern, the first and primary role is asociated with the individual responsibility in maintaining the healthy lifestyle, maintaining the hygine and all other activities like public health awakening for the betterment of the community or the concerned population. Further there is need of various community driven actions to sustain the well defined public health ia a particular community.

On community level programmes there are various programmes Eg:

alcohol abuse, drug abuse, health and hygine, communicable disease, sexually transmitted disease awakening progrmms conducted by the community nurses and other community helath professionals.

2. Then as per the concern of the government level action there are variouspublic health services/programmes offered by government public health agencies throughout the United States, responsible tcontrol of various public health isuues.

The government is directly and indirectly involved in these public health concerns through legislation, advocacy and other associated programs.

The Medicaid and Medicare in 1965 and the passage of the Affordable Care Act in 2010 has the major impact on the  health issues in the public health arena as per legislations are concerned from the state and federal level.

3.as per the individula level is concerned there is the huge impact of the exercise, dietary interventions, obesity control and smoking cessation on the health of the individuals suufering from heart disease.
