Develop and design an induction programme that would establish clear milestones to promote a more conducive environment for exemplary Singaporean employees to step into leadership roles at the regional office.
The program for the development and induction programme for providing conductive environemt for exemplary singaporean employees for the formation of leadership roles involves a lot of factors like----1)understanding of rules and regulations required by the firm,effective communication skills required by working employee staff3)necessity to understand the cultural barrier between employees in the firm form different countries 4)motivation and confidence in employees to perform the tasks with dedication, hardwork and sincerety. 5)setting up of plan to execute the work modules in the proper way required by the organization 6)ability to help other employees in the work organization 7)ability to distribute and undertake responsibilites in the absence of other workers in the company 8)ability to learn and undderstand priorities and perspectives necessary for work in the company 9)ability to write and perform with diversity,skill and excellence 10) ability to listen to senior managers and supervisors for implementation of work schedules in office.
The design rules include---1)setting the foundation plan for implementing work 2)seating plan for employees 3)discussion of modules for work 4)quality control to obtain the necessary standards for work 5)communication for development of partnerships with shares investment for the running of organization with discipline and profit 6)division of work among employees with behavioral managment principles 7)distribution and understanding of languages and communication skills 8)understanding and demonstration of softwares necessary for maintening records and other important work related information9)protocol should be learnt for working of machines in company starting from raw materials 10)implementation and manufacturing of new designs with patents for development and marketing of new products with scientific input and expetise for implementing such goals.
