How would you design a research agenda to develop methods for making the police more effective?
In my opinion, Police are the most important part in enforcing the
Laws in the country defined by the Constitution. In order to
decrease corruption and making police officers more efficient, A
collection of experimental investigation has discovered that solely
having more police on the streets, even if they are not preventing
or obstructing anyone, can be an act as the crime impediment.
The official model of police incorporates the approaches that arise
in mind when the ordinary individual thinks about what it assumes
police to perform. The fundamental component for the conventional
designing in the research approach, it is necessary to consider the
Corruption overview which will help in planning strategies for
making effectiveness in Police administration which will help in
decreasing the Corruption. This approach will comprise in
performing the authorization in the comprehensive manner, for using
police as a resources.
Precisely, these most important approaches of the conventional
model of police which I researched involves-
Firstly, there should be the extended fraction of police officers
in order to strengthen the capacity to identify corruption and
imprisonment of the offenders
Secondly, most important is to generate a viewpoint of a police
“omnipresence” to discourage crimes in the public places.
Thirdly, it is very necessary to prompt acknowledgment of the
appeals for assistance to enhance the probability of intercepting
offenders.
