Today's world is all about creative mind and innovations. Things are changing in a fraction of seconds, so to sustain in this competitive world corporates should match with the changing pace of the market. Innovation and creativity both are required , but both are not the same, creativity can exist without innovation but , innovation cannot without creativity. The rapid changes create a favourable environment for emerging business to grow.

MINDSET FOR CORPORATE INNOVATION-:

The leaders in the corporates are responsible for the innovations in the. They create the environment, assemble teams and lead them for optimal performance of the corporates. Innovation can take place when you have a full knowledge of the market and are able to take the required actions. Innovation require certain type of mindset which is;

passionate explorers in pursuit of endless possibilities. These explorers should be courageous to take up a leap of faith and achieve it till the end while taking up any innovative plan.
