Under Armour Inc. is an American sports clothing and accessories company which was founded in 1996 by Kevin Plank. The company is a supplier of sportswear and casual apparel including footwear. The corporate office is located in Baltimore, Maryland. The apparel that Under Armour supplies is used by collegiate and professional sports teams and is sold in major sports retail stores

The company strived to create products that can help athletes perform better and longer.
