Leaders: the definition of leader states that the person who leads or commands a group, organization or country. leader is a person or thing that holds a dominant or superior position within its fiels and is able to exercise a high degree of control or influence overr others and they help themselves and others to do the right things they set directions, build an inspiring vision and create something new. company : definitions: a commerical company, it is a legal entity made up of an association of people be they, legal or a mixture of both for carrying on a commerical or industrial enterprise.company take various forms such as voluntary associations, business entities and financial entities and banks , in united states a company may be a corporation , partnership, association, jointstock company, trust, fund or organised group of persons. Position within the company: the position in the comapany are many like adminstrator assistant, office manager, accountant, operations manager, marketing manager and purchasing manager, receptionist supervisor etc. The other info on the leader; is that every organisations needs a leader to provide the tools, skills and directions to work effectively as a team, in the nursing world nurses have leaders known as nurse manager, they provide the necessary tools to aspirethem to do better and or become leaders themselves, nurse leaders are those who have a passion for what they do and are committed to do, to be a leader they should possess special qualities such as communication skills, think critcally, handle stress, conflict solver, initiative, integrity and be team player .( the question is from nursing so i have given my answer on nurse leader).
