Recently, Japan has been facing labour shortages. There has been businesses in the market, however, there are not too many people available in the market who could do the work. Therefore, Japan in facing labour shortages.
In Sweden, the government plays less role in the labour market regarding the implication of labour laws. The trade union plays a role there. In Sweden, businesses cannot terminate a labourer without any solid ground.
In Germany, the labour union is quite strong. The labour union help in the collective bargaining if wages and other benefits.
Culture plays a very important role in building a labour business relationship. In case of Japan, in their culture everyone respects the other person. Therefore, there should be a respectful relationship between the labour and the businesses.
