Different behavioral styles play a crucial role in a conflict, and even in resolving of conflicts. If two persons are of different set of behavior, there are heavy chance of a conflict. But conflict may arise in people with same set of behaviors. For example, if two people are aggressive in their behavior then there are very high chance of a conflict to arise, sooner or later. It depends on individuals how they deal with certain situation with their behaviors to resolve conflict, if it may arise.
