Answer: As the cases of covid-19 is increasing, it has become necessary to prevent everyone from this infection. There is still no vaccination available for this infectious disease and hence could lead to increase risk of many other complications. If the person is not treated, the results may be fatal. Hence the oy method to escape from this infectious disease is to protect ourselves.

Most of the safety measures that can be taken at the community level specially in the rural areas. People living in rural areas have much concerns and knowledge about the covid-19. Rural areas also doesn't have proper healthcare facilities. Hence it is important to increase the knowledge among them.

Many steps that can be taken to prevent the spread of the disease such as:

• Imparting knowledge and education to the people for maintaining hygiene. The hand hygiene should be explained.
• Social distancing and not visiting crowded places may prevent them.
• Wearing mask whenever stepping outside the house and wearing gloves can be beneficial.
• These information can be conveyed through social media, in person or by television telecast.
• People should be also educated about the symptoms they might get and when to seek the medical attention.
• These methods can prevent the covid-19 transmission.
