Concluding remarks that include concrete recommendations for future development, regulation, and ethical responsibility for solar panel energy?

Solar panels are those devices that are used to absorb the sun's rays and convert them into electricity or heat. A solar panel is actually a collection of solar or photovoltaic cells, which can be used to generate electricity through the photovoltaic effect. These cells are arranged in a grid-like pattern on the surface of solar panels. When it comes to wear-and-tear, these panels are very hardy. Solar panels wear out extremely slowly. In a year, their effectiveness decreases only about one to two percent. Concentrated solar power systems use lenses or mirrors and solar tracking systems to focus a large area of sunlight into a small beam.

for the future development, silicon solar cells are likely to continue to decrease in cost and be installed in large numbers, which in case Decreases the average cost of these panels. As we know, only the initial cost of these type of projects are high. But after some time, the advantages we get are more than initial capital. So that's why future development of these projects is very much required.for example- In the United States, these cost decreases are anticipated to increase the solar power produced by at least 700% by 2050. Meanwhile, research on alternative designs for more efficient and less expensive solar cells will continue. Years from now, we are likely to see alternatives to silicon appearing on our solar farms and rooftops, helping to provide clean and renewable sources of energy. These improvements have and will continue to be made possible by increasing bulk manufacturing of solar cells and new technologies that make the cells cheaper and more efficient.

However, for many people, it is still difficult to invest in solar. The average American moves more than 11 times over their lifetime, and more than a third of Americans rent housing, which makes a 25-year investment in a rooftop solar system challenging.(source).

So, there are regulations made in solar panels that plug-and-play solar systems. These are affordable (you buy one solar panel at a time for a few hundred dollars) and portable solar electric systems that tie into the electrical grid. They can be installed on a porch or backyard by an average person with no training, and they can be transported from home to home. While plug-and-play solar does not normally cover a household’s entire energy needs, it does cut down on the grid electricity used.

Our ethical responsibility is that we should use this energy to an extent and should not destroy these types of natural energies because it can be obviously needed by our future generations. That's why sustainable development should be always our ethical and moral responsibility. Ethical questions concerning our responsibilities to future generations are raised because fossil fuels are a nonrenewable energy source. Every barrel of oil or ton of coal burned today is forever lost to future generations. Further, the by-products of fossil fuel combustion pose hazards to both present and future generations.
