Client background:

As stated client kylie belongs to fast paced lifestyle due to career in advertising sector, the major health issues which may she face in her daily routine is stress due to cortisol in the bloodstreams, different mental health issues, mood and behavior disorders such as anger. Because of this she may have physical, emotional, mental problems. Anyway, the result is people who have fast paced lifestyle like kylie need to switch over to healthier lifestyle.

Observations:

Stress, varicose veins, Hyperthyroidism, Obesity due to junk foods and excess wine consumption.

Assessments:

1. Check blood pressure and weight as primary assessment.

2. Calculate BMR

3. Pathology tests can be done w.r.t. hyperthyroidism such as T3 T4 TSH.

4. Assessment w.r.t leg ulcers if any.

Questioning:

How much wine she consumes on daily basis? How much time she spend on work with sitting at one place for longer time? and question should be asked related to her food habits to understand the cause of obesity and weight gain.

Consideration:

1. Stress management with massage which is she already going through should be continued once in week.

2. Should seek for proper medical counseling for hyperthyroidism and varicose veins I would suggest to go for Antithyroid medications such as PTU and Tapazole.

3. For varicose veins would suggest trying some NSAIDS.

Treatment Plan:

1. To have some quality time with family apart from professional life or small vacations.

2. Spend more time for self with kids it will help to deal with emotions and stress.

3. Also would suggest to have run or walk around the parks instead of gym and reduce gym timing to 1-1.5 hrs five times a week along with proper trainers workout plan which help to manage the weight.

4. Avoid excess of drinking wine it will automatically reduce stress as excess wine is one of the cause for stress. half glass of wine along with meal is enough twice or thrice if can't be avoided.
