Based on this nursing diagnosis, what would be the
1) nursing intervention?
2)goal/expected outcome?

:the patient will use the techniques of conservation of energy between painful contractions and remains free from fatigue.
:patient report sense of control of pain and appeared as relaxed
2)interventions and rationale
Intervention is mainly focused on the maintaining the patient free from fatigue .Intervention include
:assess degree of pain and signs of fatigue___it help to identify the patient condition. The main contributing factor for fatigue is paib
:monitor energy level of patient ___to identify fatigue early as possible.
:teach clients about relaxation techniques include close eye ,extend legs and relax between contractions.__it help to preserve energy level and prevent fatigue.
:provode non distracting environment ___it help to minimize the stress level
:provide comfort measures __it help to get comfort and decrease pain and fatigue
:plan care to limit interruptions___provide opportunity to take rest
:administer analgesics as ordered ___it help to reduce pain and administer analgesics cautiously because it may cause fetal distress.
:administer IV fluid___it help to prevent fatigue
