Name one thing in your life that makes you feel stressed out. What are two strategies you can implement to help manage or cope with stress?

Emotional problems that includes anxiety,anger,low esteem issues and sometimes feeling depressed is one event of stress in life.

Two strategies that was adopted by me in order to cope up with or manage stress are as follows:

1. Exercising for atleast an hour in a day can be an effective way to manage stress events in life.one can take up exercises of any form (aerobic or anaerobic)and perform yogas and asanas which has proven to be very effective for me in eradicating stress.

2. Performing meditation and spending quality amount of time with family and friends is another effective strategy to cope up with stress under any situation and of any kind.Meditating for a minimum of fifteen minutes a day and cultivating positive thoughts in mind can prove to be a very effective strategy for stress management.
