If you don't like the way your life is playing out, is it possible that you can take charge of your own perception of reality? Can you take control of your story?

Solutions

Expert Solution

I think our reality depends not on how things really are, but on how we think and asess the situations. Our perception of reality shapes the way we view our life situations. I think I can take charge of my own perceptions of reality. People who may be materialistic and occupationally successful may still feel lacking in many areas in their life and maybe unsatisfied and unhappy with their lives, on the other hand many people may be happy with what they have instead of complaining and cribbing about life situations and may be able to deal better with life situations even though they may have less resources and less materialistic success . So I think instead of people being a slave to their situations they should realise that they themselves are in control of their lives and also they can make decisions regarding if they are happy or unhappy with life regardless of the situation of the life.
