These factors influences the risk of the diseases. By adjusting and changing the modifiable factors, the disease and risk can be reduced or eliminated.
The factors such as living style, the lifestyle can be modified and can reduce the risk of disease development. The healthy changes in the lifestyle such as eating healthy foods, vegetables, proteins etc can improve the health conditions of the patient. The other factor that can be modified is the activity level. Exercise, walking etc can reduce the risk of development of the chronic disease such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease etc.
