Roles of the Philippine Nurses Association:

1. Promote the holistic welfare of nurses: Holistic nurses are those who recognize and treat each patient differently. They nurture wholeness and healing by respecting each patient's unique physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and environmental strengths and challenges and honoring each patient's values, health beliefs, and health experience.
2. Generate programs and activities that would prepare nurses to be globally-competitive: Many countries, including the United Kingdom, Australia, and Saudi Arabia, recruit nurses from the United States. Professional requirements vary, but for most countries, you'll need at least a four-year nursing degree; many will require a test of your competency. The United Kingdom will require you to complete a practicum course before you're eligible to register for a license to practice. Language fluency is necessary if English isn't your primary or professional language. You'll also need to meet the immigration requirements of your intended country, which may include obtaining a work visa.
3. Intensify membership campaign.: Nursing services have to be improved nursing work environment, to work collegiality, and manage strategic plans effectively.
