Public policies are the welfare oriented steps taken by the Government of a country mainly aimed at uplifting the weaker sections of the society. These are sort of schemes that aim at dufferent motives like enhancing education among women, security of women, skill development etc.
Education is a major factor whuch affects a persons life. An illiterare person is unable to give good returns to himself, his family and none to the country as well. Hence the Govt. Og the country makes certain education oriented public policies which seek to provide free and compulsary education to children, so that they study and enbance their capabilities to serve the country in the best way possible. Eg of such a scheme is " School Chale Hum Program " prevailing in India " for children belonging to weaker sections are given free education by the Govt.
The few elements that attract students in schools are things like food ( eg : mid day meal, in India) , conveyance facilities like providing students with cycles, free books, scholarships etc. Such things act as attractive acts done by the govt. To bring more children to schools.
All the things mentioned above act as a motivation to all students to join and be regular woth thier studies.
Such acts are real reinforcers to all students. This would make them like studies and would become ready to show interest tiwards thier self development.
