ANSWER: Normally, i would like to take Recesson in the indian economy. In the year 2008, the indian economy gone over a phase of recession. The economy was showing a downfall with no new entreprenuer ventures in the market as the government stopped extending any other financial support to the new ventures. people started losing their jobs. Hence there was a huge financial crisis.

At that time the Reserve Bank of India, had reduced the CRR and Repo rate and therefore more cash was available to the common public. This fact comes under the fiscal policies by the central bank. Generally Banks started extending the loans to the common people and thus encouraging or backing up or supporting them to obtain the job oppurtunties in the new venture. Therefore it's a boost to the indian economy through the Reserve Bank Of India.
