     1, Child patient

                         * If interview conduct with a child patient it's not easy because initially they don't like coming hospital and they listern to something else when asking questions to overcome this,

                                  * Use colourful audiovisual aids during interview to increase their attention span.

* prepare simple questions or yes/no questions to get correct answer.

* Participate in childrens activities before asking questions to improve their

   co operation.

   * Listern what children saying even it is right or wrong to increase their participation

in interview.

   2, Mentally challenge patient

in case of interviewing mentally challenge patient use participation of relatives and

friends to get enough answers.

   * Be a good listerner to their stories and life experiences and try to avoid

                                           argue with them.

                                        * Prepare yes/no questions and confirm their statement with relatives after the

                                           interview.

                                       * Avoid irritating type of questions which is more personal to their life.

   * Don't laugh for their mistakes or comments in between interview.

* language barriers can overcome through non verbal communication and AV aids.

* If too much disturbance happening in between the interview process reshedule to another date.
