answer...1

The assumptions for a university which can be used in reverse assumption analsis are:

1. Teachers teach in university-

reverse assumption analysis: If teachers are not teaching in the universitu, interactive gadgets or instruments can teach students. which will be more interactive and cost friendly. Even students can teach each others. every students has some unque skill or interest. and they can teach each other and develop the skills.

2. univeraitu have specified timings-

reverse assumption analysis: This timing restrictions can be withdrawn and the university can be open any time. A specific community can be built where in the homes of the studdents with their families and the university is in between the community with no fence or walls.

3. university give marks/grades to students for evaluating them-

reverse assumption analysis: the students can be judged based upon the tasks given to them and not the exams and grades. a specific goal or tasks should be set and it should involve both learning and execution. be it sprots or education. the evaluation of the student should be done based on the ways and techniques used by the students.

2.

We can take the example of a local grocer who offers the grocery products to the nearby customers. There are many grocers who want to have their retail stores located near to the mall or even in the mall to have a greater footfall of the customers.

But the retailer who locates his stores away from the mall decides to have isolated stores mainly due to the fact that he does not want to get associated with the similar types of retailers. As in a mall, there are a number of retailers offering similar products, thus the level of competition is relatively more. Thus in order to avoid the competition, the retailer can go to the isolated or unique location where the chances of competitors are relatively smaller. This will provide a unique advantage to the retailer as the customers will not go to other retailers for checking the products and prices.

In fact, a stand along store can provide an upscale image to the retailer and this will help in preventing any kind of brand identity.
