The ethics of neutrality refers to staying neutral in situations without offering subjective decisions. Thus a person who acts in a neutral way and does not impose his or her subjective but relies on factual aspects. The case of ethics of neutrality can be the education sector where the evaluators provide value judgments based on cultural and ethical principles that are subjective in nature. But the students need empirical findings, not cultural and ethical principles only to shape their cultural and ethical attitudes. Thus, it is required to make a balance between subjective value judgments and empirical evidences. Thus, teachers who adopt empirical and factual aspects in teaching adopt ethical neutrality as they do not impose value judgment derived from cultural and ethical principles.

Give an example case for ethics of structure and explain

Ethics of structure refers to a structure facilitating to establish moral principles. To explain, Sears company ethical structure is taken into consideration. The company sets ethics offices to promote moral principles. As ethics are moral principles, these moral principles can be acquired when the structure facilitate to promote these moral values. For example, a company setting up ethics committees to monitor the ethics of the organization is one example of ethics of structure. This ethical committee takes responsibility to discipline employees who are found to violate ethical principles. Recruiting ethics officers and providing ethical training are required to establish an ethical structure. Recruiting whistle blowers in the organization can also promote an ethical structure for the business. Thus, in organizational settings, these efforts taken by the company promotes an ethics of structure.
