Thus a person who acts in a neutral way and does not impose his or her subjective but relies on factual aspects. The case of ethics of neutrality can be the education sector where the evaluators provide value judgments based on cultural and ethical principles that are subjective in nature. But the students need empirical findings, not cultural and ethical principles only to shape their cultural and ethical attitudes. Thus, it is required to make a balance between subjective value judgments and empirical evidences. Thus, teachers who adopt empirical and factual aspects in teaching adopt ethical neutrality as they do not impose value judgment derived from cultural and ethical principles.
