Here the correct answer is option F and D statements. Option F )flaxseed can decrease my plasma levels of total cholesterol. As per many many studies proved that due to high fiber content of flaxseed it will bind to bile salts , in order replenish bile salts cholesterol from blood used in liver. So blood cholesterol level decreased . Now we can check each option

Option A ) flaxseed will reduce blood pressure its true statement but question is regarding reducing cholesterol levels.

Option B) flaxseed can be taken with other medicines there is no interaction for flax seed with other medicines but question not asked about its interactions.

Option C)flax seed will  reduce my HDL levels -however , studies proved that it is reducing LDL but not HDL because of it's high omega3 fatty acid it will help to increase the good cholesterol HDL.
