Minutes of meeting is known as a document which includes basic information about meetings to be taken place in future time period. As we know that various meetings take place in the life of an organization and we can not store important information of the meetings in the minds hence important information about such meetings need to be maintained in a document that is known as Minutes of meetings.

In other words we can say that minutes of meetings is known as protocols & notes which is used to record details of a meeting or hearing.

Purpose of minutes of meetings;

Minutes of meeting is used to serve for following purposes;
