There is a manufacturing concern in my city which is involved in making apparel/cloths. In general sense managing human resource is the biggest challenge that a business face now a days. Human resource are the vital resource for any organization specially in case where they non-automated industry i.e. Labour intensive entity. Resources which have role to from the time you enter the company and till the time one remain with the company.

The Labour force was on strike few days month back where they were demanding increase in wage rate and bonus. Getting work done from the worker is the toughest task for the mangers and supervisors. Dissatisfaction among employees and worker can substantially reduce the output produced. Many a times it is difficult to fetch and retain skilled and quality employee for the organization.

leadership from the top comes to rescue when facing the human resource challenges. Therefore it can be said that if a business is able to effectively manage its human resource it can be considered as successful. Eligible Employee and workers should be provided there due right and social security benefit. Social security benefit includes Provident fund, Health benefit and insurance from the risk involved at workplace.
