The effects of business practices on human rights have become a central issue for human rights protection. For a long time already, concerns have been raised about malpractices related to labour rights, health and safety at work and the use of child labour by some business enterprises.Some multinational enterprises have become so powerful that they can surpass the financial resources available to middle-sized states.

Hence there is need to corporate act to address the human Right being duty bearer . It has so many regulations which regulates the business in conducting its affairs and ensure that it does not violates any human rights and if violated then the management and the company as large is punished for heavy Penalty imprisonment .

examples on how corporations put profit over people :-

1. The corporations may involve in malpractices in contravention of competition actfor maximum profit by eliminating competition.

2. The corporation may involve in less adhere to govt guideline example as to environment and may harm environment by avoiding expenses of protecting environment by its escape for profit
