Your U.S. Based company, Shoe-La-La is looking to expand internationally. You have three different pitch meetings coming up, one in Ireland, one in Egypt, and one in Brazil. Your consultant brings you a presentation slide deck with visualizations throughout. You are going to use this same slide deck at all three pitch meetings so you can deliver a consistent message and image for your company. Is this a good idea? What would concern you about using the same slide deck for each meeting and how would you overcome these concerns?

Solutions

Expert Solution

Given information:

Company name: shoe-la-la

Trying to expand internationally for the first time.

Strategies:

• Give a simple and easy PPT

• By PPT investors should show interest in our project.

Analysis:

Here using same presentation for three countries. It's not an bad idea but we have to make some changes in according with the country.

Investors have to satisfy that our investment is very important to the company.if the company gave same presentation for all countries it may effect the reputation of the company.

In presentation we have to say why we are intiating our company in that country and how investors will get advantage and strategies to implement the business. So same strategies not suitable for all countries .

In presentation we have explain about our competitors and how we will compete with them . Based on country different typescompetitors ,so they are not match with one country to another. This point have to change in the presentation.

Main important how to attract customers. Based on country customers preference and behaviour change .so we have to consider it.

Conclusion:

With some changes same pitch presentation can used.
