The interview with the financial expert was regarding the financial condition and the auditing practices followed by the firms. The financial expert was of the view that the financial bodies have to reframe or modify the existing auditing and accounting principles. This is because the firms are not following the principles efficiently. They are finding out the loopholes in the rules and regulations and taking advantage of them. This is one of the major reasons why there has been a sudden increase in the scams and unethical practices in the business world.
