  • Poor people cannot afgord to purchase those things that are needed to maintain the good health Including sufficient quantity of food and helath care.
  • now days the health care cost is increasing due to need of the individual and people getting diseases more .
  • poor people cannot afford the money for the treatment .it difficult for the poor people to pay the bills of health care .
  • transportation charges are also increased .
  • in some hospitals ,the physicians are doing that. They unnecessorly doing the various diagnostic tests which dont have need to patient and taking the charges ,it is also one cause .
  • some remote areas there no accessibilty of health services ,so people travelling Dad distances and spending money .
  • people are really poor in developing countries those suffering from various health problems .
  • Public policy : here our government started various health policies to improve the qulity of health care .
