answer: SINUS RHYTHM:

Sinus rhythm is a any cardiac rhythm where depolarozation of cardiac muscle begins at the sinus node .it is characterized by the presence of correcy oriented p waves on the electro cardio gram.

- it is necessory but not sufficieny to electrical activity with inthe heart.

features of sinus rhythm:

• Regular rhythm at a rate of 60-100 bpm.
• each QRS complex is preceeded by normal p wave.
• p wave is upright in leads 1&2.
• The PR interval remain constant .

Describe the three major challenges experienced when trying to develop automated algorhithms :

• When joined newly in cardic icu i experienced the so many challenges ,,in that i experienced bad challenge with the CABG patient after the surgery .
• i experienced one time ,that is patient is in the bed and he got cardiac arrest suddenly ,his heart rate is very low and he is about to arrest at that time i started cpr quickly to restart the heart rate . After some time his heart rate is 160-170 ,with AF aga

in i given the defibrillation to get normal sinus rhythm .

• some times i forgot to give the appropriate management to patient ,i missed steps of immediate interventions to patients .
• when i feel very scared about patient condition i will miss the automated algothithm .

Differentiate the SR FROM AF:

• In sunus rhythm the heart rate willbe 60-100 whereas in the AF , the heart rate is above 100 it is abot 150 to 170.
• In sinus rhythm ,the p waves are upright in leads 1and 2. ,,p wave is absent in AF ,some times it mimic the sinus rhythm .
• regular heart rhythm in sinus rhythm ,in AF achaotic irregular rhythms present .
• amplitude is normal in sinus rhythm ,in AF amplitude is decreases.
• palpitations present in AF ,in sinus rhythm there no plpitations present.

Challenges regarding quantifying the visual differences in the ECG wave forms :

- there are more challenges quantifying the visual differences in ecg wave forms .

-some times the p waves mimic in the AF as a normal rhythms ,at that time we cant differentiate Whetther the p wave is normal or not .
