Companies uses many different software as their demand. But there are some specific softwares that are very much popular than the others. They can be more popular by providing better security, better management of data, better features and so on. Some of these popular application softwares have been discussed below that can improve company’s profit-ability and success.

Solution to the given question:

i) Spreadsheet Software:

• These are the computer applications that can analyse and store various data.
• Generally, data is stored in a tabular form, which can be also changed as per requirement.
• A good Spreedsheet software is Microsoft Excel, which comes from Microsoft.
• Mostly, it is used in financial or marketing field. Here, details about the sale in a year or details about the customers of a company can be stored and organized easily.
• Tracking any attribute which present in the data is easy here. Also, analysis is possible.
• As per requirement, different worksheets can be linked together.
• Various mathematical functions like sum, maximum, average as well as conditional functions are also available in Microsoft Excel.
