• The first and utmost most reason for a sudden outbreak of communicable disease is the positive household contact history that means contact of the mucous membranes with respiratory droplets or fomites.
• This will induce the transmission of infectious pathogens from one to others
• There may be chance of infection as secondary to nosocomial spread in hospital mainly to health care workers and in-patients who are contracted.
• There is no proper way of isolation of patient who are having highly spreading communicable disease
