I have good eye contact

I feel comfortable

I don’t need many notes

I am well organized

My weakness are:

Not much confidence

Talk too fast,” “say the word um.

I can’t stand still.

So i can improve my weakness by:

Remind myself that I can BS my way through it, if necessary. I will keep Practicing. I will slow my pace down and talk slower. I will try really hard not to say the word ‘um.’ I can’t guarantee it. I will try to relax. I will Find a way to keep both feet on floor.
