my favorite retail company is amazon. it sells almost all the products or essentials for a human servival. from food articles to home decore to clothing from different international bran it provides everythng at one place. its like single window system to customers, they can find almost everything they want or things similar to what they want if not the exact one.
this company does participate in globalisation. it helps to integreate world market with local market by providing international products from different country at one retail network. for example one can purchase different international clothing brands like GAP, flying machine, levies etc at one place.
to improve customer services they should be more inclusive about there product, like sometimes there are people who doesnot find there right size in clothing because of exceptional hight or weight they are than usual heights and weights which makes them not use amazone for purchasing clothig from the company so they should take care of this thing. another point is the return policy and refund system. the customer care should be more responsive and clear about there service and the information that they are providing. to assist the customer more they should introduce a try and purchase system where the customer gets a chance to try the product first then purchase if they like it.
