FITTE stands for Frequency, Intensity, Time, Type, Enjoyment. FITTE plan is very important for the improvemnmtof health through physical firness program.

Before making a suitable FITTE plan for yourself, one must know their body type and potential and then start with your goals. you have to be very specific about your exercise, daily routine, diet, exercise, etc. The most important thing is consistency in your plan - without this you will not be able to succeed.

For strength training - the major workout for building muscles includes your weight lifting, planks, push-ups, squats, etc. which will tone your body.

Flexibility in body is really necessary for the improvement in posture and balance. for this one must include yoga and dance in their routine.

The basic thing of all health plan includes "Cardio" which not only increase your endurance but also lower the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Create your schedule acording to your body type and work routine and determine a suitable diet chart for yourself. you must also include rest in your plan otherwise both mind and body will exhaust.

Variety should be there in your plan. from variety it means doing different things across days. repeating same plan on all days will leave you injured.

Challenging oneself timely will give the motivation of doing things better.

Record keeping of your plan, will give you an insight of how you are performing and then you will be able to make changes accordingly.

Note* - I didn't have provided my own FITTE plan as everyone has a different body and by ollowing someone else's FITTE plan, the other person can have adverse effects on their own body. I have provided key points here that will surely help you to creatre your own FITTE plan according to the body type.
