Teaching is all about leading the students to become successful in life. With my program study, I will be able to leadeach studentforward on their path of individual learning process. Serving is something one will be doing every day with children as they come first and need to think about them first.
Going into work every day I see leadership from the director to the teacher assistant. My director was out of campus for the day when someone pulled the fire alarm, getting my students out the door remembered we had a new teacher that was along for her first day. When walking back up the ramp to go tell her what to do I saw the pre-k class helping her and telling her what to do. The students worked as a team and got out safely.
When looking at the objective for the course I am reminded that you need critical skills to be a leader. The GCU wants one to become a leader and to serve as the say in the mission statement.
When looking at this objective for the course I am once again reminded motivation is sparked by time management. Writing down the hours that I will be sitting down doing my schooling will help me stay motivated to get my chores done around the house. If you do not set time aside for important work one motivation will not exist. Make sure you are using one’s time wisely and following through with one’s school.
