In order to achieve these goals, I could prepare a quick presentation that would be of around 8-9 slides, and with 1min/slide, the presentation would be over in 9 minutes, ideally. Meanwhile, during the time of presentation, one of my friends, could distribute the forms. After the end of presentation, we could ask the participants to fill in the forms and give them 15 minutes for the same. The total time would be 24 minutes. In the remaining 6 minutes, me and my friend could together collect the forms, such and might also allow an extra minute to someone if they require, meanwhile also count the collected form number, in accordance with the number of forms distributed.
