Answer: Vegetarian diet includes healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, fats as well as protein. This also includes avoiding it eliminating the non veg foods items such as meat, fish or chicken.
The vegetarian diet is considered to be healthy and is practical as it reduces risk of chronic disease development. If the diet is consisit of all the nutritional foods which could meet the daily requirements of our body, it can reduce the risk of various diseases. Vegetables contains low amount of fat which are healthy for our body.
Due to busy schedule, it could not be possible to have healthy lifestyle. But in case of vegetarian diet, many green salads could be used in the place of high fat content food. This will provide energy, nutrional values.
Vegetarian diets may lack some kind of proteins that are found in non veg foods such as meat, fish are rich in protein, omega fatty acids. This improves the eye sight, keeps heart healthy etc. Hence the vegetarian diet may lack some of the nutrients.
